How we plan your storage

First, we listen. A short call tells us what you're moving, where, and by when. Then a crew lead visits — or walks through your space on a video call — and notes every large item, the floor, the lift, the parking and anything fragile. Within a few hours you receive a written quote that lists each part of the job separately.

On the day, the crew arrives on time with all packing material. Items are wrapped, labelled with room names and numbered against an inventory sheet that you keep. Loading is done with padding and straps, and the vehicle leaves only after you check that nothing is left behind. At the other end we unload, place furniture where you want it, assemble what we dismantled and take the packing waste away.

Throughout the move you can reach the crew lead by phone or WhatsApp. For longer routes we share the vehicle number and expected arrival, and call you a few hours before delivery so someone is home to receive the goods.

Simple tips before moving day

Decide what you won't take before the survey, so you aren't paying to move things you'll throw away later. Keep cash, jewellery, documents and daily medicines with you. Empty and defrost the fridge a day ahead, and drain the washing machine. Inform your apartment association and book the lift for both ends if your society requires it.

Click a photo of the wiring behind your TV and router. Keep one bag with chargers, toiletries, a change of clothes and a few snacks for the first night. Children's school things and a small toolkit are worth keeping aside too. These small steps make the first evening in a new home much easier.
